What we have made:

  • we created a family restaurant Familia Garden, where people  feel like at home and where they want to return again and again;
  • our financial and marketing specialists worked out all details and made up feasibility plan;
  • we developed complex technological project, selected all necessary equipment and adjusted them according to a set up of engineering connections;
  • we selected all service equipment, crockery and ware;
  • our designer developed a conceptual interior design for a restaurant; 
  • we selected all furniture, light and sanitary engineering, decoration materials and elements of the décor.We realized author’s supervision during the implementation of the  interior design project;
  • our Chef developed an original menu based on local products. A special place in it was occupied by steaks, the meat for which is aged in special chambers located in the restaurant. All steak meats are local. Most of the dishes are cooked in a Josper and on a BBQ grill -this is a gastronomic orgazm! The menu will change every season;
  • our sommelier created a balanced wine list, presented by wines from Ukraine, Italy, France, Portugal, New Zealand and Argetina;
  •  our bar mixologist created original  fruits & berries liqueurs, cocktails and lemonades -  it's amazingly delicious! Special alcoholic tinctures: Raspberry on Gin, Dried Cherry on Bourbon and Pickled Plum on Vodka;
  • our Pastry Chef created a fantastic menu of desserts, pies and marmalades. Special author's dessert-candied berries & fruits in jelly from own juice;
  • the food and drink menu fully reflects the concept of the Familia garden restaurant;
  • we trained all restaurant employees and arranged  all business processes;
  • we selected all suppliers;
  • we implemented budjeting systems, purchase forms and other forms for reports;
  • we adjusted stock-tacking system and financial control;
  • we rendered a detailed cost of each dish and set a favorable selling price for all dishes;
  • we worked out all the details and elaborated an effective benefit program for customers and restaurant  sustainability plan;
  • our service specialists turnkey organized successful catering service;
